It depends on what the meaning of "charisma" is.

The Obama Himself is, of course, "irresistible charisma" incarnate; just ask Him. As for his "abiding commitment", well that all depends on what the meaning of "abiding" is. If you ask him, He might tell you what His meaning is, namely — for as long as it takes to get what He wants. But He might not tell you; it all depends on what He wants you to believe.

This double-talking double-crossing Chicago-style thug will say anything to get what he wants, which is usually to be elected to high office or to be acknowledged as just the most wonderful provider of free lunch to all needy/greedy Americans. He is everything that offends American self-reliance, ingenuity, fairness, and honesty. He is a disgrace.
