negique — rhymes with antique

In honor of Eliot Spitzer's latest mistake (see my post about his previous mishaps here, here, and here), I hereby coin a new English word:
negique [rhymes with antique] n : someone with negative IQ
I have noted previously the technical name for such a person. And, as always, Big Al's aphorism bears repeating:
