[ Disclaimer: Unlike the preceding post of mine (#1,183), which I had labeled a "spoof", please do not think this present post to be another April Fool's joke. I am being serious here.]
Appearing as a guest on today’s Your World with Neil Cavuto on FNC, former New York City Mayor Ed Koch – known for being a relatively centrist Democrat – spoke out, in no uncertain terms by my estimation, about President Obama's actions against Israel. When I find an online transcript of this interview, I will update this post. In the mean time, I will report, from memory, a few of Koch's significant remarks:
America at heart is a nation of decent people. My fellow Americans, I urge you to summon that inherent decency now. Now, before the upside-down world of the present Administration goes too far on its misguided path toward appeasing the cesspool of Jew-hatred, which is preparing feverishly to destroy Israel.
Wake up. Speak up for democracy. Speak up for decency. Speak up for the people of Israel.
UPDATE: Here is the FoxNews vid from Cavuto's interview with Koch:

Very crowded? Perhaps. But not crowded enough, in my humble opinion.
- I supported and voted for President Obama, believing that he would continue America's policy of supporting Israel — a staunch ally of the United States. I no longer believe him.
- I believe that Obama is planning to throw Israel under the bus.
- I think the Administration has decided that it can not stop Iran from acquiring nuclear weapons, and, therefore, it [the Administration] is demonizing Israel to curry favor with the Muslim nations.
- I have spoken with Chuck Schumer [U.S. Senator (D,NY)] and asked him why he hasn't spoken out against this Administration's policy. He told me that he is working behind the scenes, and if he doesn't get anywhere with that approach, he will speak out publicly.
- Others in the Congress have also told me they are "working behind the scenes". It must be very crowded behind those scenes!
