“A tourist in Australia is lucky to be alive after being bitten on the penis by one of the world’s most venomous snakes.”Stop me if you've heard this one:
Two buddies are on a hunting trip in the Outback. They make a rest stop, and one of them relieves himself at a tree. Suddenly, a deadly brown snake lunges at him and bites his penis! He falls to the ground and yells to his friend to call a doctor for advice.
The friend calls a doctor on his cell, and the doctor tells him, "Listen carefully. Make an incision at the bite, and suck all the venom out immediately. Otherwise, your friend will die." He hangs up. His friend asks him what the doctor said.
"The doctor said you're gonna die."
