As any grade school student (of my generation, anyway) who has taken an elementary class in civics knows, the Constitutionality of any law, enacted in the United States of America, is adjudicated by the Supreme Court of the United States. Period.

Rep. Lucille Roybal-Allard (D-Calif.), her colleagues on the CHC, and their Democrat Speaker of the House of Representatives are all stark, raving mad.
