I dunno, but the above-mentioned headline just possibly could be the mother lode for politically incorrect and very inappropriate remarks. It is undoubtedly the archetype "the headline is the story".

When I first saw the headline, I immediately assumed that Fox News was goading the Administration to ratchet up their attacks on this media outlet, which refuses to worship the ground The Obama walks on. After all, every White House attack is estimated to be worth around 10 million new viewers. But, as it turns out, it appears to be linked to a bona fide news story! That by itself, however, does not rule out the possibility of creative editing. Those foxy rascals!
